Alright so I’ve been trying to make a plan to gain muscle for this coming year. Unfortunately my summer work schedule had me so busy dancing that I lost a lot of weight this summer, which is fine, but now I look even skinned and all I want is to build muscle. Usually I go for a cardio style ballet boy workout with a lot of dance infused workout moves. I think the next few months all I need to do is lift. I’ve always struggled going to the gym, lifting, and gaining and retaining more muscle mass. I have fairly low body fat because I’m in dance class 3/4 hours a day.
Does anybody have any tips or hints at how to retain muscle mass after lifting or anything else? I just want an inch or two more on my arms haha.
